Biography

Graeme joined the club as a coach in August 2017 although he was no stranger to Memorial Park.

He first signed for the club at the beginning of 1999/00 after playing two succesful trials with the Hibs the previous season whilst still at Kettle United U21. He stayed at Thornton until the end of 2005/06, a season when he was the club captain. During those seven seasons he was top scorer in 2000/01 and in 2007/08 he tied with Mikey Cunningham. In 2006/07 he had a season at Kirkcaldy YMCA before returning to the club. Injury meant he only played 5 games in 2008/09 and he never played at all the following two seasons. His final appearance (his 261st) came against Kirkcaldy YMCA on 3 September 2011 when, wearing the number 18 jersey, he replaced Fraser Terras.

Updated to say that (during a spell as coach) as a 40 year old, he came on as a substitute away to Blackburn United on 19 May 2018 and also made single substitute appearances the following two seasons.
