Scott signed on for the second time in February 2019 after having his contract at Brechin City cancelled. He previously played for the Hibs in 2017/18 and in his two appearances enjoyed clean sheets on both occasions.

Part of the team that won the Fife and Lothians Cup in May 2019.

Left the club in June 2020 to join Burntisland Shipyard.
