In a season that culminated with the team lifting the Fife and Lothians Cup for the first time in our history, a number of milestones were achieved:

1. Garry Thomson made a clean sweep of the PotY trophies for the third consecutive season
2. Garry Thomson finished the season as the East Region Superleague's top scorer
3. Ian Hepburn passed 300 competitive appearances for Thornton Hibs
4. Andrew Adam and Chris Ireland passed 200 competitive appearances for Thornton Hibs
5. Stuart Drummond passed 100 competitive appearances for Thornton Hibs

With another couple of clubs deciding to join the East of Scotland League, the East Region was re-organised once more and Hibs will play in the East Region Superleague South in 2019/20.
